FARMINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) — Farmington police are investigating an early morning shooting that sent three people to the hospital.
Police received several 911 calls just before 2 o’clock Sunday morning. They say three people were shot in the parking lot of Tavern at the Exchange and taken to Hartford Hospital. They are all expected to be okay.
Police are following several leads, but they don’t yet have a suspect.
“At this point I don’t believe there would be any danger to the public,” said Lt. Colin Ryan of the Farmington Police Department. “It looks like the shooting was likely an isolated incident, and we’re working through it to try and establish that to really put people’s minds at ease.”
If you have any information about the shooting you’re asked to call Farmington police.
