BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) — Two people are facing charges after police seized large amounts of drugs, cash and ammunition from their Bridgeport home during a drug raid.

Police began investigating at 109 George Street after an informant let them know that Darius Gamble was trafficking cocaine and other drugs from the house.

Officers were able to execute a warrant to search the home after finding that Gamble also possessed several firearms.

“We set up surveillance on him, watched him for a number of days, tracking his location and his deliveries and his contacts,” said Lt. Charles Johnson of the Bridgeport Police Department.
