However, if you haven’t gotten enough of winter yet check out Winter Autocross Days at Lime Rock Park in Lakeville. Thanks to their snowmaking equipment you can drive on the autocross course as fast as you want. Professional winter driving instructors will be there to watch you. Stop by on Saturday morning at 10 o’clock.
Are you in the mood to see a movie but looking for something a little bit different? Clinton’s Family Fun Festival kicks off on Saturday night at 5 o’clock. All the movies shown premiered at least 20 years ago and are appropriate for movie lovers of all ages.
If you’re going to be in the Hartford area check out Papermania Plus. You will find paper everything – movie posters, photography, stamps and rare books, to name a few things. This antique paper show is happening at the XL Center all weekend long.
Are you into trains or local history? If so, you’ll want to stop by Eli Whitney Museum in Hamden. The 50-year-old trains in the hands-on exhibit still run. It’s open Saturday and Sunday.
